If your question is "How can I permanently remove files from my computer after I've deleted them?", then there's a couple of ways.
I'm not sure what you meant about "from a data recovery software".
Since the physical space is still readable by special software programs even after you've deleted a file on your computer, then you have to get a special "erase" software that will go over that space multiple times to truly make the space unreadable.
You can download some free software like Eraser which will write over the space up to 35 times using latest techniques.
You could also download CCleaner, which is a registry cleaner but really has some good space clean-up routines, including they use Eraser as their solution to truly make deleted space unreadable.
Be sure to Defragment your hard-drive (Start / Control Program / System & Maintenance / Administrative Tools / Defragment) as well before running Eraser / CCleaner's version of Eraser.
