Click the Tools button then select Internet Options.
Click the Content tab.
Under Autocomplete, click the Settings button.
Click the checkboxes to set the types of information you want Internet Explorer to remember.

Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools. Under that go to Internet Options.
Once you open that, click on the tab that says Content. In the AutoComplete settings you can have it Prompt you to save passwords, check on that one!
And that should do it!
Hope I helped

It is Always risky to ask where to find answers to this type of question, as you could be directed to a totally dodgy site that could get fine use of the info you provide ...best buy a known safe programme which can reside where you can control it's actions.

tools in the toolbar, go to the advanced tab and press the reset button. It will bring you explorer back to original state. Note that after restoring it you need to go to the add ons manager (in the same tools) and reactivate your add-ons like flash, java and so on.

Go to tools, internet options, click on advanced, then click reset. It will reset to factory settings. The next time you type in a password on a site, it will ask you if you want to save it.
