Rules of Usage (Products, services, and website)
Prior to a purchase of Instadigi products, you are to specify a password, user name, and a current and working email address that you are legally entitled to use. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Instadigi stores your password in encrypted form and it can not be retrieved for reminder purposes, although you can request the password to be changed via an online password reset process. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Instadigi staff immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Instadigi will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Instadigi or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time without the permission of the account holder.

Use of our services/products by you
All distributed software/files/products by Instadigi remain property of Instadigi. Limited usage rights are granted to purchasing customers, who are entitled to using them (Instadigi products and services) on a single domain per license. Purchased products may be used multiple times on the same domain, but not on multiple domains. You are strictly prohibited to redistributing Instadigi products/script files for free or at a cost unless otherwise stated.

Reverse engineering of encoded product files
The techniques, data structures, and all information pertaining to the production and structure of encoded files, including all processes associated with the execution of encoded files are and shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Instadigi. No rights to this information is given or implied on transference of encoded files to yourself. This does not affect in any way your rights to ownership of such files or their use. Any modifications to encoded files or the decoder program or reverse engineering efforts such as, but without limitation, for the purpose of altering license information, host or time based access restrictions, obtaining passwords or other textural data, or discovering encoder and/or decoding techniques, is strictly forbidden. Furthermore, privately or publically disclosing knowledge gained of techniques used by Instadigi, the encoded files and the decoder, whether gained directly or indirectly, including by accident, and other than those already placed in the public domain by an authorised agent of the Service provider, is also prohibited. Such practices may result in the Service provider seeking substantial damages to the fullest extent of the legal process, and in addition and without prejudice to remedies sought by third parties for damages as a consequence of such prohibited actions.

Refund Policy
Instadigi provides a 7 day moneyback guarantee whereby a full refund will be issued should any of our products fail to function on the customer's web server. Refunds are only provided if the product fails to function on a fully compatible server, and only after Instadigi technical support staff have assessed that the script is disfunctional and was unabled to be installed on a user's site. The customer will be issued a full refund should this scenario ever occur. Refunds are not provided for the following:
- If a user's web server does not meet the requirements of the products specifications
- If a user does not like the product purchased
- If the user has been using the product longer than the 7 day moneyback grace period
- If the user stops using the product
- If the user decides to transfer the product to another domain
- If the user purchased the product by 'mistake' without fully understanding the product requirements/compatibility

License Transfers and Domain Name Changes
To reduce costs and for convenience, Instadigi allows customers to 'transfer' their existing license from one domain to another at a low charge of $10.00. After the transfer process is completed, the customer can no longer use the script/service on their old domain. Usage of the script on an unregistered/old domain is regarded as fraud, and Instadigi reserves the right to terminate the script license of the customer, or the customer's account itself.

Free domain name changes are provided, but only under the following conditions, within the 7 day grace period:
- The customer made a typing mistake in the domain name.
- The script regards a 'subdomain' as a separate domain and fails to register

Termination of access to service
Instadigi reserves the right at its discretion to suspend or terminate your ability to access our products/services/customer account if breaches of these terms and conditions or those currently inforce are suspected, and where such a breach may reasonably be expected to damage Instadigi or its members. In all cases attempts will be made to resolve such issues, and in the event that this is not possible, refunds of any remaining credits will be made after the deduction of any reasonable and necessary costs incurred as a result of the breach have been be made, with the exception of suspected fraud against Instadigi or its members, and in which case no refund will be payable until investigations by the relevant authorities are complete and if such a refund is then due.
