What is the refund policy? (Back)
Refunds are only provided if the product fails to function on a fully compatible server, and after our technical support team
has assessed that the script is disfunctional and was unable to be installed on a user's site within 7 days from purchase.
Should this scenario ever occur, the customer will be issued a full refund.
Refunds will
not be provided:
- If the user's server does not meet the product requirements and fails to function.
- If the user does not like the product
- If the user has been using the product longer than 7 days
- If the user decides to stop using the product
- If the user decides to transfer the license to another domain.
- If the user purchased the product by 'mistake' without reading the compatibility/requirements
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware if his/her server is compatible for running the Instadigi script. As Instadigi provides a dianostics utility script to help
determine this, no refunds will be provided if the script fails to function due to server incompatibilities.
